ABOUT ME
James is a Penn State graduate holding multiple nationally accredited personal training certifications through American Council on Exercise. His passion for fitness derives from his strong athletic background. He has played and coached sports such as Basketball, Baseball, Football, Lacrosse and Muay Thai all throughout his life. James specializes in strength training/conditioning & functional movement. He loves assisting others in reaching their fitness goals no matter what they may be. He believes every day is another chance to get stronger, eat cleaner, live healthier, and become the best version of yourself from the inside out.

Whatever path you choose I can assure you that you’ll be saving time and money when it comes to reaching your fitness goals. Investing in your health NOW in a positive light is much better than waiting and being forced to spend in a negative. Limited availability remains but if I’m not capable of working with you now I do work with a network of highly accredited trainers that I could refer out to. I look forward to speaking with you!
